African Bundu Safaris will then reply with a few ideas and over the following week or two, you will exchange a few e-mails to finalise your safari holiday itinerary to Botswana. Once you are happy with the Botswana safari itinerary, we shall then make provisional bookings and then you need to pay us a deposit to confirm your booking within the next week. You must purchase Travel Insurance now to cover yourself for cancellation & emergency medical expenses - Botswana lodges are remote and the best medical assistance is in South Africa.
Your Botswana safari holiday is now confirmed with a deposit being paid, and balance of payment needs to be paid to African Bundu Safaris at least 45 days prior to arrival. Once your payment is finalised to everyone, we shall then email you the itinerary and vouchers for your safari holiday in Botswana. You need to reconfirm your international flights 72 hours before flying to South Africa / Botswana and inform African Bundu Safaris if there have been any changes.
